Geoff Ayi-Bonte is a Psychological Health and Safety consultant with the FraserHealth Authority in BC. He has worked in health care for the past 22 years providing leadership development, team training, change management, clinical supervision, and more. He wrote a newspaper column for 3 years and is now focused on supporting physician and physician leaders in creating a positive culture transformation to enable them to work in more effective and engaging environments.
