The Education & Leadership subcommittee is focused on promoting the awareness and advancement of educational and leadership development opportunities for the Burnaby Hospital medical staff. Projects under this subcommittee’s portfolio, such as the Insights Leadership courses & various educational workshops, have enabled medical staff to continue to develop key leadership skills.

For the upcoming year, 2022-2023, this subcommittee is focused on providing the medical staff with opportunities to further develop leadership skills. Our goal is to be able to provide the ability to elevate our practice as physicians and to thrive in our culture of excellence. We are hoping to get back on track with many development projects that were temporarily sidelined by the pandemic.
