2021 Annual Contribution to: Burnaby Hospital Medical Benevolent Fund

As you are aware, all medical staff are requested to contribute $150.00 annually to the Medical Benevolent Fund. We request that all staff make their contribution via credit card (via online payment link below) or Cheque Paying by credit card is encouraged to minimize traffic at the admin office during Covid-19

YOUR PAYMENT IS NOW DUE FOR 2021

The Medical Benevolent fund is “owned” by the physicians of Burnaby Hospital in collaboration with the Medical Staff Association and consists solely of money contributed by the medical staff.
This fund is /has been used for:

• Funding of the annual Physicians Holiday Breakfast for hospital staff at Christmas
• Sponsorship of Nurses BBQ
• Scholarship / Bursary Funds for students
• Payment to the Executive of the Medical Staff to acknowledge their work as a spokesperson and administration roles for the medical staff
• Other events / items / requests / as approved the Medical staff

3. If dropping a cheque in person, please ask for the MSA Benevolent Fund Box *Please note: Payment to the Burnaby Hospital Medical Benevolent Fund is mandatory and also a requirement for your renewal of privileges.
